Enrolment Information

Paying for courses

Enrolments are not confirmed until payment is made. You must confirm your booking with a payment. Payments can be made through the following methods:

Online

Visit the Activities page, browse our classes and activities, then follow the online enrolment process.

In Person

Call into Orana with your payment by cash, credit, eftpos or cheque during office hours.

Phone

Call during office hours to pay by credit card over the phone.

Mail

Please post your enrolment details with credit card slip or cheque payable to Orana Neighbourhood House.

Direct debit

Enrolment forms

All students are required to complete an enrolment for their class.

Online enrolments can be made by visiting the Activities page, browsing our classes and activities, then following the steps to complete your enrolment online.

Alternatively you can contact us for a paper enrolment form.

Details

Please note classes are not held on public holidays.
Fees include GST where applicable.

Refund policy

If a course is cancelled or delayed by Orana Neighbourhood House a full refund or credit will be made available.
Refunds will be by bank transfer or credited back to the credit card used for course payment.
Notice of 2 days prior to commencement of a course must be given or a $15 cancellation fee will apply to participants to cover Orana’s administration costs.
Once classes begin refunds cannot be given.
